“Art is a universal language — capable of denouncing, enchanting, provoking, and including.”
Early Life & Inspiration
His artistic journey began at a very young age—around 3 or 4 years old—when he was inspired by canvases painted by his cousin. This early exposure led him to draw and paint anything he observed, from objects around the house to cartoons.
As he grew older, his creativity expanded to include sculpting and airbrushing. He enjoyed personalizing items such as cars, bikes, helmets, and motorcycles, showcasing a diverse and hands-on approach to artistic expression.
Education & Tattoo Beginnings
Andre studied Fine Art in São Paulo, where his love for creativity evolved into something deeper. During college, he immersed himself in art events and stumbled upon the world of tattooing.
Self-taught at first, he practiced by tattooing himself and working on canvases. His dedication led him to seek out expert mentorship and attend specialized workshops, refining his craft into a distinct voice in tattoo artistry.

Creative Process
When creating a piece—whether a tattoo, painting, or drawing—Fila focuses on capturing emotion and storytelling. He prioritizes understanding what a design means to a client and how it reflects their journey. This personal connection ensures that each artwork carries emotional resonance and individuality. He sees art as a universal language that can denounce, enchant, provoke, and include—giving it a powerful societal role beyond aesthetics.

Career & Achievements
Andre has received over 25 awards throughout his career, recognizing his excellence in tattooing and painting. He has taken part in workshops and student competitions across the globe, continuing to share and expand his expertise.

Latest Canvases
Andre’s latest body of work marks a bold shift into emotional abstraction—where movement, memory, and color collide. These canvases aren’t designed to tell literal stories but to evoke. Whether it’s the sweeping cobalt blues and violet shadows of isolation, or the electric tension between pink skies and neon sparks of rebirth, each piece pulses with a kind of intuitive chaos. Through layered brushwork, bold color theory, and immersive scale, Andre invites viewers into a space where feeling comes before form—and interpretation is entirely personal.
